1. Where to send a notice
Send DMCA takedown notices and counter-notices to legal@bigspinningwheel.com.
2. What to include in a takedown notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as URLs or screenshots.
- Your contact information, including email and any other details needed to reach you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@bigspinningwheel.com. If a counter-notice is valid, we may restore the material as permitted by law unless the complaining party files a lawsuit.
4. Repeat infringers and false notices
- In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
- Please do not submit false notices or false counter-notices. Misrepresentations may have legal consequences.
